Trust's Treasure Trove scheme will now benefit GRASS

At the recent Trust Board meeting it was decided that funds raised through the Treasure Trove scheme would now go to GRASS (Give Regularly - Assist Squad Sponsorship), the project which provides funds to the club specifically for the playing squad.

The Treasure Trove was launched earlier in the season and consists of a prize draw. Each participant selects one of 500 squares, at £10 each,on a schematic football pitch. At the end of the season a draw is made, 50% of the money raised (£2500) goes into the prize fund, the other 50% now going to GRASS to fund new players for the manager. Recently, a £1500 donation from GRASS was used to bring in Isaiah Rankin.

The Trust will work with everyone at the Club to sell the remaining tickets between now and the end of the season. These are being sold by the Supporters Club, or are available from Trust Board Members Phil Butterworth and Les Hudson
