Trust, Supporters Club and GRASS all working together
The first ever joint meeting between the Supporters Club, Supporters Trust and GRASS took place towards the end of 2009, looking to explore ideas for working together in the future to support the football club and and promote joint events at Five Valleys.
A full report was also given on the activities of GRASS over the past year, which is very much alive and kicking, collecting regular donations to supplement David Hockaday's squad budget.
A strong working relationship between the three groups can only be good news for FGR.
Who knows what 2010 will bring but in the meantime we wish everyone the best for the New Year, and hope for some success on the football pitch to cheer about.
