Trust wants fans' opinions on improving the matchday attendance

The Supporters Trust are preparing a report to go to the Club Board regarding the Football Business, and part of this will include suggestions to improve existing facets of matchdays. The thoughts of all supporters would be greatly appreciated when considering what the Club might do to attract a bigger attendance.
Clearly the quality of the football on offer is the single most important factor in attracting bigger crowds, but it is by no means the only factor. Setting the football aside , the Trust are asking fans, via the FGR Forum, what they would do to increase matchday attendance, specifically:

1. What are the three most important things the Club could do to improve the match day experience once you are there, in the hope of obtaining repeat business ?

2. What are the three most important things the Club could do to persuade people to go to a game, ie, attract new customers ? How do we get more people there in the first place ?
