This meeting was the first meeting of the steering group of the proposed Supporters Trust.

The rules were signed and it's confirmed that the Trust is now officially in existence.

September launch date agreed plus a family enclosure was discussed.

Launch preparations are going well. Tourist information page for the site is discussed.

Funds raised and grant application discussed. Schools initiative and voluntary services received good feedback.

The first Annual General Meeting for the Forest Green Rovers Supporters Trust got underway at the end of February.

SGM and decision making was discussed. Updates on membership status and the Trust finance were heard.

The purpose of the meeting was to vote on two resolutions sent out to members.

Fundraising update/new ideas, business plan, membership renewals & youth league football were among the topics discussed.

Updated list of outstanding actions brought forward. Fundraising race night and quiz night discussed.

A further quiz night is to be arranged.
Consideration be given to approaching local businesses to see whether they would offer a discount for trust members.
